Why Fire Resistant?
The most rules in individual countries of the European Union have been changed to standard European norms that apply to all EU member countries since 2009. For example these changes to the Dutch market:
- For wood and wood panels it changed from NEN 6065 / NEN 6066 to EN 13501-1.
- For reed it changed from NEN 6063 to ENV 1187.
- For textile products en decoration materials, cotton and syntetics there wil be coming regulations in upcoming years that will become the new EU norms.
